Step 1: Initial Information Submission

To begin the application process, each listed adult must submit the following information via email. It is preferable that each individual sends an application request from their own email account. In the email subject line, please include "application request" and the lot number.

Required Information for Each Adult:
 * Copy of all adult government-issued IDs.
 **Individual email address:** Each person will receive their own       application link to the provided email.
 ***Individual phone number.
