All Homes must be owner occupied. We do not allow rentals with in the community. Nor can you buy the homes to rent.
Application must be submitted and approval must be obtained by the office before purchasing any home in the community. All occupants over the age of 18 must fill out an application before moving in. Relator must go to the office and provide proper documentation before listing in our community. Certificate of Occupancy are required for all sales.
